ATM King — Terms of Service

Effective date: June 17, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ZZW LLC ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of ATM King (the "Game"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Entertainment only — not gambling

ATM King is a free-to-play idle simulation game provided solely for entertainment. The "cash", "ATMs", "Gold Coins", "Raid Tokens", crates, and all other in-game elements are fictional and exist only inside the Game.

The Game is NOT gambling and offers no opportunity to win real money or anything of real-world value. In-game currency and items cannot be cashed out, redeemed, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Any in-game depiction of money, banking, robbery, or raids is fictional gameplay and does not reflect or encourage real-world activity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and play ATM King for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject also to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ZZW LLC.

Virtual items and currency

Gold Coins, Raid Tokens, ATMs, crates, upgrades, and all other in-game items are virtual goods licensed to you, not sold. You do not own them. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold outside the Game.

Virtual items are licensed for use inside the Game only. We may change, suspend, remove, or expire the availability or contents of any virtual item at any time, including after you have acquired it, without liability to you. Unused items have no cash value and are forfeited if your access to the Game ends.

Randomized items (crates) and odds

Some virtual items are obtained from crates that grant a randomized reward by rarity. Crates can be earned through normal play and do not have to be purchased. The chance of receiving each rarity depends on the crate type, as follows.

Basic crate: Common 70%, Uncommon 24%, Rare 5%, Epic 1%. Silver crate: Common 55%, Uncommon 28%, Rare 13%, Epic 3.5%, Legendary 0.4%, Mythic 0.1%. Gold crate: Common 30%, Uncommon 30%, Rare 25%, Epic 12%, Legendary 2.5%, Mythic 0.4%, Secret 0.1%. Diamond crate: Common 5%, Uncommon 15%, Rare 30%, Epic 35%, Legendary 12%, Mythic 2.5%, Secret 0.5%. Event crate: Uncommon 10%, Rare 25%, Epic 40%, Legendary 20%, Mythic 4.5%, Secret 0.5%.

A pity system guarantees at least an Epic item within 25 opens, a Legendary within 100 opens, and a Mythic within 500 opens. Odds are approximate and subject to change; the current odds are disclosed here and in the Game.

In-app purchases and billing

All purchases are billed through your Apple account and are subject to the Apple App Store terms. We do not process or store your payment information. Manage or request refunds for purchases through Apple; we are unable to issue App Store refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools, bots, or modifications; reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game; access the Game by means other than the official app; disrupt the Game or other players; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

You agree not to choose display names or submit content that is offensive, harassing, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates others. We may remove content, reset names, or restrict or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content — including code, artwork, characters, names, logos, music, sounds, and design — are owned by ZZW LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Game except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Third-party services

The Game uses third-party services including Apple (distribution and payments) and Google AdMob (advertising). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that progress, items, or currency will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZZW LLC and its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of game progress, virtual items, currency, data, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or five U.S. dollars (USD 5.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZZW LLC and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Game or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop playing and delete the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Game, or your access to it, at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ZZW LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
